If you enjoy being treated like a nuisance for the crime of asking a simple question, then this is the perfect shop for you. The owner’s reply to my girlfriend is a masterclass in how to alienate customers and tank your own reputation and business in real-time. It’s honestly impressive how much effort he puts into being a jerk instead of actually running a business. Do yourself a favor and find a mechanic who isn't so clearly intimidated by basic human interaction.
I gave this place a shot, especially since it was family recommended and with moving to the area and not having a reliable mechanic anymore. We live like 35 minutes away, so it is definitely out of the way but he always did great work. My car started making terrible noises, so any one of right mind wouldn’t drive over a half hour to get to a shop. I called him and was asking some questions just to get the most RUDE and hostile response. We won’t be returning. Quite unfortunate.
Called to get a quote and was met with a very rude and dismissive response. I wasn’t given the chance to fully explain my issue before being told they weren’t interested. The interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them with my vehicle.
I went to drop my car off at executive automotive and there was a misunderstanding with the day and date. Jeff was so rude and disrespect. I would not give him a penny of my money and can’t even understand how someone can treat and speak to a human being that way and still have a business. I don’t care how good of a mechanic people say he is his mouth makes him complete ugly and a horrible person. Jeff ur a real angry miserable mean individual !!!!!
