**Update** So, I missed an appointment for an inspection and oil change, and tried to reschedule and Jeff dropped me like a hot rock. My personal opinion is this was a little extreme considering the amount of business I gave him, and recommended him to all of my family. I mean, life happens, and I understand me not showing up for an appointment takes away from his bottom line, but maybe some like "Tom, you cant miss appointments at thr last minute, it takes away from my bottom line. Jeff at Executive Auto and his staff are great. My father started going to Executive Auto and told me I should too. Jeff has been awesome every time I go in. If you are his customer, he takes care of you and your vehicle, he gets to know you as well. There have been a few times I went in for a simple fix (I did not know it would be simple) and Jeff fixed it and sent me on my way. They even have snacks in the waiting area.
