My first experience today with Executive Automotive Management was great. I had my 1987 Jaguar XJ6 towed there to correct a failed changeover valve. The new Jaguar OEM valve that I provided failed as well...this isn't uncommon apparently. However what was uncommon was the fact that Michael Manzer actually found and purchased various components to fabricate a solution. It works perfectly and better than the OEM product. I came in to have my car lighter looked at since it stopped working on me. Before that I had went to like three places and they weren't much help. Had a fantastic experience 3 years ago at Executive Automotive Management. Michael could have charged me a ton of money but was very honest and gave an honest of the fate of the engine so I took his recommendation and ditched vehicle. He recently serviced my current vehicle and provided excellent technical customer service as well as a "BE AWARE OF THESE ITEMS" in the near future. Vehicle is running beautifully, No one else is touching my car.

They are professional, knowledgeable, and fair. They won’t do work you don’t need and will talk you through everything they determine is necessary.
