At first they were very helpful, and generous. Gave us a good deal, worked with us as we were in a time bind to buy a new vehicle. But when we went to go get our plates, since our temp plate had expired (the day before) and when we arrive at the courthouse we were told they did not have the title. Called executive auto and it took them almost 3 more weeks to get it mailed to the courthouse. Bought a truck a year ago from this place and from day one it's had issues. 17,000 plus dollars for a truck that I've had to put over $10000 dollars into(transmission and basically everything) this doesn't care if they sell lemons or not
