Used Anthony to sell our home in May. We listed it and was in contract within 20 days in a really tough market now. He was tentative with our needs and always kept us posted. Most importantly not pushy and just out to get the commission. He worked with our time line and needs. I highly recommend.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company! He came to my house was there less then 10 minutes and gave an INACCURATE appraisal. I get it’s all based on opinion but did not even include amenities we have to offer, and just low balled every possible thing! He had inaccurate information on the neighborhood and surrounding houses that recently sold. Did NOT do research at all. Not professional, standoffish on phone, did not honor appointment time, numerous mistakes on appraisal, did not describe the neighborhood properly, did not use proper adjustments, did not use enough or the best comparables to adequately value the property. Typical Appraisal Management Company appraiser, just hurry up and get it done! Update: I ended up selling the property a few months later for $23,500 more than the appraisal done by this appraiser and had three other buyers as backup!
