I wish I could give 0 stars out of 5. They are the WORST company that you can use for servicing your appliances. I have a Vikings Freezer and the door wasn't closing properly. They charges me $ 193.50 to send a technician to diagnose the problem. afterward they sent me an invoice for $ 1,100 that the spring, hinge,bar need to be replaced!!! I was surprised and tried to contact them to get an explanation but wasn't successful. I hired a local contractor and he fixed the issue in half an hour and just charged $ 60. They Just can't do things right. Here is my email to them today..... They were once a good reliable company, they have failed miserably in the past few years and I will never again use them and caution all to stay away. The ONLY company that I would let work on my Viking oven. The best techs, who can actually diagnose problems and get it done right the first time! Excellent customer service and quality workmanship that is VERY hard to find today.
Viking Owners Beware! This company provides horrible customer service and has no idea on how to work responsibly in homes or kitchens. The Operations Manager "Zach" is non-responsive to customer inquiries and simply will not call you back. The Viking Warranty office set up a service call with Executive Appliance to fix my dishwasher pump. During the repair, a hose disconnected and water spilled on my hardwood floors.
