I wish I could give 0 stars out of 5. They are the WORST company that you can use for servicing your appliances. I have a Vikings Freezer and the door wasn't closing properly. They charges me $ 193.50 to send a technician to diagnose the problem. afterward they sent me an invoice for $ 1,100 that the spring, hinge,bar need to be replaced!!! I was surprised and tried to contact them to get an explanation but wasn't successful. I hired a local contractor and he fixed the issue in half an hour and just charged $ 60. The ONLY company that I would let work on my Viking oven. The best techs, who can actually diagnose problems and get it done right the first time! Excellent customer service and quality workmanship that is VERY hard to find today.
