Operator number 9 and 11 was very disrespectful and unprofessional! I hope they review the calls! I am disabled and they were very rude and disrespectful. I hope noone uses their service.
Unsure if people were just having an off day or what the main problem was, but the supervisor was so rude and the first employee couldn’t even answer the phone correctly and the second employee had to justify the first one and the third employee was a supervisor who started yelling I don’t know what caused that, but it wasn’t very professional Just saying:(;(;(
My kitchen was flooded the little girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and said she was sorry. They wouldn't transfer me to maintenance. It seems like they don't want a job by the way she spoke to me. I hope her manager recorded her call, reviews it and fires her. I will never understand why anyone could be so rude. It's either poor training or a poor work environment where that type of behavior is encouraged. Either way it's not acceptable.
For once I find somewhere where I can eat healthy food and not have to worry about it
