David S. as very friendly and professional. He was very thorough his diagnosis of my units dehumidifier system failure. My unit isn't your normal hvac. It runs off of a water chiller setup in a condo building. 4 different service companies in our area didn't have experience working with this type of unit. I'm glad I finally found tge company, Executive Air, and their Technician David.
