We use Executive Air for all of our HVAC needs in Destin and they always do a great job. They are very punctual and professional.

Zakery came to do my semi-annual check-up. I had no problems except that the fan ran 24/7. It stayed on even if the system was off. Zakery and his partner did the normal maintenance and then checked out the fan motor. Aftet 30 min. of testing and trying various things, they came to the conclusion that I needed a new motor. :( Zakery said I would have a quote in 30 min.
