Worse experience ever! Extremely unprofessional! Rip off!
They redefined my experience with rental companies. Had no idea getting a rental could be this smooth and easy. Jed is incredible. Excellent communicator, knowledgable, zero bs, and kind. Made me feel at ease within the first 60 seconds. Daniel dropped off the car and was extremely patient, accommodating, and available for anything I needed. He went absolutely above and beyond. Jed from Elektrika was great. Great communication the whole time and facilitated pickup and drop off at the body shop. They handled everything with the insurance company so you don’t have to do anything. On top of that the Tesla I received was super clean and has additional features like FSD and acceleration boost. Would definitely used them again
I rented a Cybertruck from the best place to rent a Cybertruck in Austin - Elektrica Rentals! The whole process was seamless and I really enjoyed it. This Cybertruck Rental was actually the CyberBeast which was magnificent to behold - with incredible power (and lots of quirks and features). I had a great experience with Elektrica. Drove the new Cybertruck, which is incredible. Everything was easy with pickup/dropoff and the Cybertruck was clean and charged to go. I will use them again if I need a rental and especially to drive a Cybertruck again.
