Jed, with Elektrica Consulting, was excellent to work with in filing and satisfactorily finalizing a diminished value claim with an insurance company regarding property damage to my recently purchased 2025 Mercedes- Benz automobile. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and was excellent in communicating and leading me through the legal process for recouping funds legally due me. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend Jed and his company.
I was rear-ended last year and the other driver’s small insurance company refused to pay fairly. Jed and his team handled everything — they even coordinated directly with the body shop to cover unpaid repairs, secured me a comparable rental car for an entire month, and recently got me the diminished value settlement I was owed without me having to lift a finger. The whole process was seamless, and I’m grateful for the persistence and professionalism that got me the outcome I deserved.
Not only did Elektrica have a rental waiting for me at the shop when I dropped off my car for repairs, but sister company Victory Legal helped me with a diminished value claim against the other guy's insurance. It was all very low-effort on my part--they worked with the shop on the details. And the rental was another Tesla with FSD and added to my Tesla app so my settings were available. In a city full of inattentive drivers, theirs is a good number to keep in your contact list.
Rental was flawless and fast! Good selection of EVs available !! Got the rental through Autocraft Bodywerks while my car was being repaired. Great experience overall !!
