Are any of their offices real? When you go to the executek.net website, and see all of their locations with pictures of their "offices," then search for them, you will find they are all mostly "virtual office space" and phone numbers that forward to some other location. Some of the other locations are residential homes. Do not believe me ...? Google it. Is this location real?
Awesome LOCAL place for repairs and service Most computer service firms don't have a customer service center where equipment can be repaired. There's nothing wrong with working out of your house, but Executek does have a real office and it's easy to find. The staff are friendly and we've referred several of our friends because they have a "maximum" cost for repairing any computer or laptop to get it up and running. Our whole family trusts Executek.
Excellent Service I've been working with Executek for almost three years now and have always found them to be flexible with my schedule and responsive with my requests. I've worked with other companies that put my service ticket in a waiting line, but Executek handes my requests almost immediately.
