I lived here during the time the new management stepped in. Theyre small, cheap apartments but very badly done overall. Mold is uncontrollable and they wont do anything about it unless you pay to verify its black mold (and only black mold will they fix) first. AC units are loud and leaky, they fix everything cheaply with a band aid. We moved out ASAP.
I moved away 3 years ago. The management has changed. Time has aged the buildings. The below review is way old now. This is the best place I have lived in for the last 20 years. The residents and staff are so friendly. The pool area has been the favorite place for me and my boys to hang out. Wal-Mart, schools, and city recreational center are so close. I just sorry 6 stars are not allowed.
