Let me start with saying I don’t usually write reviews unless I have been personally affected by an incident. My fiancé at the time booked the limo service for our wedding day to pick me and my mom up from my house to take me to church. My fiancé paid extra money to have a champagne bottle in the car for me and my mom to drink in celebration of our big day. The whole car ride we had nothing to drink. This company did fine picking us up and delivering us to the Airport but they charge my card twice, that day and the next day. I called them and they said it was an error and that everyone got double charged that day and that they were in the process of refunding the second charges. That was over 4 months ago and despite many attempts to reach them, messages left and emails I sent, they never responded. Today I called my credit card company to open a dispute for a double charge. I will not be using this company again!
