Honestly, it’s pretty basic surface cleaning. Not much attention to detail. They don’t even use buffers. Don’t be fooled by the instagram ads. I’ll be using another detailer in the future. Some two photos compares what they left and a simple wipe down I did in a minute. On positive side the convenience is nice and they did a good job on the interior. But again, just surface cleaning. TL/DR 1. Tip your cleaners directly—tipping through their system doesn’t seem to reach the workers. 2. Their customer service is frustrating and inconsistent. 3. Cleaning crews often don’t know the service you ordered—be clear upfront. 4. They charge more for larger cars but may not clean the whole vehicle unless specifically requested. There was a little mix up when I booked so they couldn’t come at the time of my appointment, but they certainly compensated me for 20$ and made another appointment. James did my car, very professional, very friendly and he did AN AMAZING JOB with all the stains in my car’s fabric. They are all gone even though he said it is not guaranteed!! So happy with the service and will be back again!
Fantastic mobile service! Bea and Isaiah were friendly and professional and did a great job on my car interior (Platinum Interior package). Especially thrilled with the pet hair removal!
Derek did an AMAZING job with my CR-V today! Even though it was super hot outside, he spent extra time to make sure all of the pet hair came out of the carpet. Seriously, I couldn’t find a single one after! Highly recommend.
