Third time's the charm. Should have taken our Sunrader here in the first place. But in the end, Austen and his team figured it out. Took it out for a shakedown and now we can finally relax knowing everything works as it should. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Make them your first call.
Austen is the BEST! He is insanely helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you walk away satisfied. He worked on our converted ambulance to install an AC. He did an excellent job in suggesting the products that he believes in and explains why we should use the products. His team is very friendly and works FAST! On top of everything else, they communicated with us every step of the way. That alone warrants more than five stars. I cannot recommend Excursion enough.
I had the best experience with these guys. They were able to add solar to my promaster 159" in basically 4 hrs. Dealing with them was super easy and Austin is very friendly an capable. For anything else I need for my van here in Portland, they will be my go-to. Cant recommend highly enough:-)
The team went above and beyond! Gave me different options for the updates to my build, start to finish was within 2 weeks and they were able to work on it right away, and they kept me updated during the entire process. A few weeks later I called them up to see if they could help me put a new external power inlet plug cover on and seal it and they didn’t hesitate to have me come in for the quick fix! Great product and great customer service!!!
I highly recommend these guys. I wanted to upgrade my heater and lighting and was turned away by 2 other shops in Portland, which was super frustrating. Even the original builders pushed back on doing the lighting upgrade, making it sound like a big inconvenience. So I consider myself very fortunate to have found Excursion.
