Nate finished building our mountain home earlier this year. He was very responsive to all of our questions throughout the process and really takes pride in what he does. We are thrilled with the way our home turned out as it’s sometimes hard to picture things on paper. If your are looking to build and/or interviewing builders I highly recommend Exco. I’m working with Expo Custom Homes on plans for a future home, and even though I’ve had to put things on hold for now, I am so glad I connected with this company. Nathaniel has been knowledgeable, a clear communicator, and excellent at setting expectations throughout the process. It’s refreshing to work with someone so professional and easy to talk to. Although we haven't chosen a custom builder YET, our experience with Nate has been outstanding so far. He is responsive and incredibly helpful, and genuinely cares about helping us make an informed decision. He is upfront and honest, which is not easily found in business. I highly recommend you add ExCo Custom Homes to your shortlist if you are building around the Wilkesboro/Todd/Boone area!
