Warning! DO NOT use this company. The owner Devon Montoya will steal your money and not provide the service he promises. He will claim he doesnt have enough money to finish the work that he agreed upon with the estimate provided. He then will ignore your calls. BEWARE this company is NOT a reputable company He not only did not complete the job, he also did subpar work and left my yard looking far worse than when he started. He layed dead sod and left piles of dirt in my neighbors yard.
WARNING!!!!!!! Do not use Exclusives+ for any reason!! I made a down payment of $2,500 for a simple fence job. Started my dealings with Devon Montoya almost 6 weeks ago. Run around received over and over and then no responses to calls or texts at all for weeks. However, if you call from another number for new business he will be sure to answer. Should be called ELUSIVES-! I would have given 0 stars but that is not an option.
