As someone who works in the industry, I came from several states away to see his operation to see his processes to make mine better. Simply put they are legit and you don’t have to worry that your contents will be taken care of.
This is the worst company ever to deal with. They damaged my floors, my window treatments and an original piece of art while cleaning my home after the most recent fires. They charged exorbitant fees, and after admitting fault for the damages, refused to deduct the damages from the bill. I would avoid this company if you value the contents of your home.
