Replying to owner. Towanda never not once did I say that we didn’t like the venue! I stated that we didn’t like the way you handled business! SIMPLE! I will include a screenshot of when we sent the initial deposit which was friday march 13th after we left! The owner of this establishment is terrible and unprofessional. We booked this venue for a repass and the owner stayed out in the opening with the grieving family entire time , kept walking and prancing around looking at what everyone was doing making the family feel very uncomfortable. Do NOT book this establishment. This establishment deserves NO STARS AT ALL!!! You Will Be Disappointed,?

We found this place for a repast for my father in law repast and it was not pleasant from the start we were told in order to receive a contract we needed to pay originally a $300 deposit upon arriving for the tour of the venue the amount changed to $400. Once we paid the $400 she sent us the contract the next day and said the remaining balance needed to be paid immediately to hold the date because the $400 we paid did not secure our date which was very confusing because usually your deposit and or a holding fee should secure... read more
