braided hairstyles are too tight , told them my style was tight , but continued to squeeze every brain molecule in my head. detangling is the worst. they start from the root , not from the ends to the root. so expect a lot of breakage. overall , if you want breakage , and maybe a little bit of alopecia , this is the spot for you !

I would not recommend the salon side to anyone. I was was there for 5/6 hours for the owner to do my hair and she should have told me she couldn't do it. Not only that her customer service skills need a little more assistanc. (I was looking for a pixie cut and I came out with a muffin top on my head.) The younger stylist though knows how to do hair, and she's professional. The barbers are also good at what they do. I just wouldn't trust the owner to do any ones hair.
