I waited to leave my review to try to protect black business owners, but her treatment and after response of leaving my AirPods on the floor and eventually not finding them due to my son leaving them was so uncalled for from the beginning. I let her know that I have to pick up my son so if she needed to cancel or continue with the appointment just so we can sit in a chair while I got my hair done that’s OK. After hours of calling and texting countless ppl to see if I could come in to get an install, everyone said no or wanted to charge some outlandish price. It was Lucky who came in clutch at the last minute for me, her and Gigi! She was very professional and laid my wig DOWNNNNNN!!!! I cannot thank her enough. I’ll definitely be back!!!
