So I called them. Asked to install new dash cam. Bought what they needed. Brand new grand Cherokee. Picked up 1.5 later to cluster faults. Air bag alert. Sos fault and ODM reader blinking. Assured me they installed correctly and that maybe I could reset. Brought vehicle to dealer for scheduled maintenance. Informed they disconnected fuses to my airbag. This cost me 15o plus cost for fuse cause not under warranty They didn't use the $30 kit I bought and literally unplug the fuse to my air bag. So all in all. 159.install fee. ... read more

No stars is more like it! From the reviews I’d trust this place, however they must be from friends and family because what we have experienced is not even close Not sure how this happens? When you pay for installation!! I’m not sure what kind of bad day this was but I’d assume the person who worked on this is in training or has no idea what they are doing. Should have taken responsibility for this one when it was mentioned at pick up! SMH Just awful.
