No stars is more like it! From the reviews I’d trust this place, however they must be from friends and family because what we have experienced is not even close Not sure how this happens? When you pay for installation!! I’m not sure what kind of bad day this was but I’d assume the person who worked on this is in training or has no idea what they are doing. Should have taken responsibility for this one when it was mentioned at pick up! SMH Just awful.

Honestly, I was quite let down. I went in with questions about the recent amp and speaker install that I had done "all Alpine" . I was met and more less belittled about us people "backyard audio guys" don't know anything of what we're doing. He's so tired of dealing with people like me. Don't have time to answer questions or talk about what you've got. I am not interested in tuning your people's stuff either, as it is always nothing but problems.
