We used them for crawl space mold mitigation in our condos. We recently observed falling insulation and unused struts lying in the crawl space. I called to report the issue and, at first he seemed interested and wanted a call-back after we explored further. I asked him to return and meet with a board member. I use Pete Fazekas and Exclusive Home Remodeling personally and for clients when needed. I have always found him quick to get a job done, and thorough. If there's a punchlist item that needs to be corrected, he's quick to get that accomplished as well. I like using this company because of the size of their crew. It means you can get the work done without waiting months for a contractor to even get you a bid. Plus he actually calls you back unlike my usual experience with contractors.
Very responsive until the point the check was cashed. Substandard quality of work, didn't finish the work they started and I finally got refunded for other work I paid for but that was never started. Stay away or at a minimum wait until the work is completed to pay.
