I use Pete Fazekas and Exclusive Home Remodeling personally and for clients when needed. I have always found him quick to get a job done, and thorough. If there's a punchlist item that needs to be corrected, he's quick to get that accomplished as well. I like using this company because of the size of their crew. It means you can get the work done without waiting months for a contractor to even get you a bid. Plus he actually calls you back unlike my usual experience with contractors.

Very responsive until the point the check was cashed. Substandard quality of work, didn't finish the work they started and I finally got refunded for other work I paid for but that was never started. Stay away or at a minimum wait until the work is completed to pay.

My mother hired Peter to replace flooring and doors. He did a good job on the doors, but 9 months later, he still had not finished the flooring. After getting into a “yelling match”☹️, he finally fixed it so it could be “presentable” but he was also supposed to replace flooring on the stairs. I did not even get that done, so I would not have to argue with him anymore!
