Very responsive until the point the check was cashed. Substandard quality of work, didn't finish the work they started and I finally got refunded for other work I paid for but that was never started. Stay away or at a minimum wait until the work is completed to pay.

My mother hired Peter to replace flooring and doors. He did a good job on the doors, but 9 months later, he still had not finished the flooring. After getting into a “yelling match”☹️, he finally fixed it so it could be “presentable” but he was also supposed to replace flooring on the stairs. I did not even get that done, so I would not have to argue with him anymore!

We hired Exclusive for attic ventilation, mold mitigation and roof repair work. The job was estimated to take 5-7 working days and went on for 3 weeks. On the first day of mold mitigation they dragged garbage bags full of moldy insulation through our house spewing contaminated debris over an area of our home, when it was agreed that the debris would be removed via the roof. Pete used to be good, I referred him to many clients. In 2018 he never finished the job he started for 2 of my clients. He did a horrible job on one and cost the owner a lot of money. He started a job for me and destroyed several windows, he never finished my personal job either. He sent over workers workers that did not know what they were doing and he did not come by one time to check on their progress.
