I cannot speak how exclusive properties handles their real estate transactions, but as far as being a former tennant from a "Exclusive Realty" property management perspective, I would not let them manage my dogs house in the back yard. I only dealt with "Gavin".. not sure if he was the owner/broker or what but in a manner of about a week he pissed off every tenant I talked to a week after they took over.
