Extremely bad experience!!!! I lived in cedar gardens Apts for over a year and always paid rent on time. I went above and beyond to take care of the unit I was in. There was a situation where my roommate got into an altercation with the neighbors and the manger Kristy kicked me out for something someone else did. I felt like the fair housing rights were not practiced in this situation and wouldn't wish it on anyone. And shes attempting to dock every cent off my deposit she possibly can. Exclusive is excellent, far better than the other property managers in town. They are responsive to tenant issues--even on weekends when you accidentally lock yourself out of your apartment, they repair things quickly when needed, and are super friendly. Highly recommend.
Kristy Weider of Exclusive Property Management in Klamath Falls OR deserves less than 1 star. Kristy never responds to email! She is unresponsive, period. As a tenant for less than two months in 3032 Paramont St., she ignored our repeated requests for correction to the strong urine odor emitting from the stained carpet and our requests to replace the smoke detectors that chirped the entire two months of occupancy.
