This HOA is the worst ever! They never handle issues on hand, their never in the office and they constantly sending out late payment notices to home owners that pays on time everytime, and u could never speak to anyone pass Scott. I've been owning my unit over 20 years and it's gotten worst each and every year.

Truly horrible service all around, and I'm frankly appalled at what we pay them for how they treat us. Will be advocating for a change in property managers ASAP.

I called the Exclusive Property Service to ask a few simple questions regarding the address to mail checks to and why the water had been shut off. I am completely appalled how rude Christine was. She has no manners or telephone etiquette. She has a rude tone of voice and attitude. Sounds like she hates her job and life. I am shocked. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I am quite sad my sister has to suffer with the kind of service here.
