We rented with Exclusive Property Management for 7 years and could not recommend them enough. All of the people within the company are so friendly and accommodating. They always helped with any issues or concerns we had and also assisted us with recommendations for our new rental.
Our experience with EPMS as tenants was seamless. We had to break lease and Irene was so lovely and she made the whole process such a breeze. We highly recommend EPMS, they are an amazing agency!
Worse real-estate I have ever dealt with extremely rude on very first inspection!! We waited more than six months just to be able to use the bloody front door not to mention any little thing they did fix you have to constantly call and even then they make you feel like your the one at fault!! So if you like to be spoken down too and made to feel like an idiot than this is the perfect real-estate for you!!
Rebecca and Irene were terrific and would recommend their services. Whilst they were both diligent and paid attention to details, they were efficient with repairs and actions. My experience was as a tenet while looking to purchase a new home. If I had a rental I can without a doubt recommend EPMS. They will look after your place. Thank you for the service ladies. Lorry
