Absolutely disappointed in the lack of communication after applying for a rental property. Description of property four bedroom large FAMILY home with children’s retreat only to be told by Rebecca they prefer no children despite having a 13 year rental reference! Rebecca was rude and abrupt absolutely unprofessional. Don’t apply if you have kids!!!!
We first met Rebecca and Irene over two and a half years ago. It was our first time renting, and they both very kindly went out of their way to help us to obtain the lovely home we still live in. We highly recommend EPMS to any potential owners or tenants. Their outstanding attention to detail, promptness in replying and professional but friendly personas make them the perfect business to contact when either buying or renting a property. Highly recommend! Irene is absolutely brilliant to deal with she has made everything so easy for us and is also so quick at replying to any concerns we have. It is sad that we have had to leave this realestate as we have had nothing but great service from them.
I have rented through EPMS for the last 4.5 years. I cannot fault them. Whenever I needed something done, it was sorted straight away. Irene and Rebecca have been wonderful. I moved last week and can only hope that my new agent is half as good as them.
It's so good to work with property managers that have great systems in place, Rebecca is great to deal with we wish we had more property managers like these guys.
