Had a great holiday at the Villa on Indian Creek site. The Villa was fantastic with great views of Disney and Epcot fireworks on an evening.A special thanks to mark it Exclusive Orlando Villa Rentals management company.No request was too much trouble to sort out. Had a great one week stay in an EOVR rental. House was extremely clean and questions were answered very fast by management leading up to and during the trip. Can't wait to book another trip!

442 Vista Drive in Davenport, Fl. The house was filthy. Stained, dirty carpet. Dirty cheap bedding, dirty windows. Not only did we have to buy new sheets, but we also had to purchase towels and wash cloths. We took pictures of the condition of the house and called Marc Harrison the day we arrived. He apologized, and insisted the housekeepers had cleaned, but NO compensation was made!! We booked a week stay in this house and it was disgusting. I would NOT recommend this company for rentals.
Thanks to Marc for a great Orlando Holiday. I had spent ages researching Villas and was going round in circles with it. After contacting Exclusive Orlando Villa Rentals, Marc found us a perfect Villa for our family of 5. The kids loved it and we loved it. The communication with EOVR in the lead up to the holiday was great and It was reassuring to know if we had any problems (we didn’t), we’d easily be able to get in contact with Marc. We’ll be back next year.
Fantastic holiday! Great villa (less than a year old) and it was immaculate. The kids loved it and want to go back next year! The service from Marc was excellent both pre vacation and whilst we were out there and I would 100% recommend anyone wishing to arrange their villa for Orlando to use Exclusive Orlando Villa Rentals.
I can not recommend highly enough! From Marc helping us out last minute when our previous booking cancelled us two weeks before our holiday by finding us the perfect home for our two week stay to excellent communication. Any questions we had during our stay were answered immediately and nothing was too much trouble! I won’t look anywhere else when booking our next trip to Florida - we will definitely be coming straight here for our holiday home from home. We cannot thank you enough for all your help �
