I'm another customer of Michel Miro's, Exclusive Motors, off Miramar Road in San Diego. He's taken good care of my MBz for about 15 years. He takes great care in explaining your options, then does the work and takes care to show you old parts and explain how the repair went. Of course people will do the work cheaper, but I trust Michel.

This is the BEST used Mercedes sales and service location period. They kept my 1985 ticking on the cheap and fair for years until I bought a 96 off of them at a great price (and it was a cherry!)... these guys are going to do and recommend only what is necessary and practical for the car in question. If you want the fear based fix everything approach go to a retail chain. Michel has repaired Mercedes vehicles for the family for several years. The few times I have taken our 1990 300D, he and his team have treated us with nothing but trust and respect. He always offers the full situation with a few options to choose from, and the pricing implications of each. We feel fortunate to have Michel nearby and he is always gracious, even staying late one Friday so we would have our vehicle for the weekend. Thank you Michel and Team!

I have been coming to exclusive motors for 13 years plus I own 2 Mercedes and would never take my cars anywhere else!! Clean, excellent customer service and I never worry I'm being over charged or taken advantage of. As a single female who drives a lot it's important to have confidence in you auto mechanic. I refer and trust everything about exclusive motors.

I have been taking my car to this shop for MANY years... When My car breaks down on a business trip who do I call? THIS shop. They take care of me so well I do not let anyone touch my car but them.. They have always come WELL under the prices quoted by others and the service is impeccable. Michel is upfront and honest.. doesn't sugar coat your problems and gives it to you straight and deals with stubborn customers well ( that's me) I found this by looking up the number, I am taking my car over this morning for an urgent fix.... read more

They specialize only in Mercedes Benz and their work is excellent and well priced. I have been taking my '92 190e 2.6 for the past 5 years and never any complaints. The shop is run by one guy that knows more than any at the dealer about these cars. He is very fast, anything from changing struts and mounts to transmission service done very quick and for an affordable price.
