Just got the beast back! Have nothing but positive things about this dealership. From the quick no bs sale, to getting warranty work done ASAP with no problems. I’ve never had a dealership care this much about a client before. I’ve bought 8 cars in the last 5 years with hours of bs and headaches every time. Warning: I would stay away from this company. They sell vehicles that have no been properly inspected, but they say have, and when you find the aggressive problems with the vehicle once the purchase is completed, they try and get you to come back in and have their staff do the repairs and charge you for it. I purchased a Maserati that looked amazing on the outside, was told inspections were done for the inside (were not given to me during the purchase, even though I asked, but I believed the GM George Dedi when he gave me his word in front of my colleague that the car was properly inspected and operating fine). These people suck. I made an appointment a week in advance to see a 2015 Hyundai Tuscon. I live in Reno NV, they had my name and number on file. I drove two hours Friday morning to make my appointment, only to be told they sold the car the day before and didn’t bother to contact me. Wasted two hours of my time and the gas to drive there. Thanks for nothing.
