I used to love them but since my toddler threw up in the car seat and we paid an outrageous fee upfront, I am not so sure. I am trying to contact them to double check if that was indeed the policy but no answers as of yet after three follow up emails. So at the very least, unclear policy and unresponsive customer service.

Our large group booked 2 SUV limos for transport from two cities to and from Pearson airport. Not only was Exclusive Limousine Services Toronto so helpful and responsive during the booking process, their transportation to and from the airport was above par. Both limos showed up to the two locations early. Both drivers were so helpful and friendly too - from loading all our heavy suitcases into the vehicles (we were 11 women going away on a girls trip - so no easy feat) to anticipating our needs with temperature, seat comfort... read more

I traveled with Exclusive Limousine Services Toronto for a drop off to Pearson Airport. I was recommended the limo service by a friend. Booking was hassle free. Driver was on time, quick and very professional. The SUV was very clean with a luxurious interior. Premium fleet and top quality professional service. Great overall experience!
