Due to incorrect closing of our system, there is now a crack in our manifold. They couldn't come out for 2 weeks to look, so I had to pay for another irrigation system to come out. They noted that it was due to incorrect closing of our system by Exclusive Laws. The employee that came to close our system was here less than 10 minutes and he should've been here for a minimum of 20-30 to completely blow out all of our zones. In response to your review, we did not install your sprinkler system, we simply took over the maintenance on 6-24-2020. The services completed in 2020 were spring start-up & fall winterization. This year, on 4-27-21, we completed the spring start-up & adjustments. Therefore, the system was pressured up & sprinkler heads were adjusted for the new 2021 season. After agreeing to Exclusive Lawns quote and waiting over 2+ months for installation scheduled for 6/15/18. I received a call from them the afternoon of 6/14/18 informing me they needed to reschedule installation as they had ONE employee leave! .. the re-scheduled date was AUGUST 27? REALLY another 6 weeks after losing ONE EMPLOYEE??!!! I'd requested installation in 2 weeks for 6/29/18 as MY schedule is constantly changing.
