I went to tower city a day after Thanksgiving to buy my father a Christmas present. I went in to the Exclusive Jewelry store and bought a $180.00 watch for $120.00, after I negotiated the price. Then took it home and looked up the watch. It sells everywhere for under $20.00. I already read they have a No Returns policy. Please buyer beware of this place.
