You will find that the staff is professional, caring and will go the extra mile to meet your needs. In my opinion, the agency has not been transparent or truthful with its home health aide and personal care aide employees regarding expectations, schedules, and compensation. The office staff is often rude and dismissive, and they do not take employees’ concerns seriously. Because of this, I would not recommend this agency for employment as an HHA or PCA, nor would I recommend it as a provider of home care services for clients or their families.
