DONE BUY PARIS JADE MATTRESS – I purchased a memory foam mattress (Paris Jade) for $2000 from hilton furniture in November 2009. They told me it was top of the line and compare to the tempurpedic mattress for $3500 and how it would be so good for my health. Don't shop at Hilton Furniture – I bought furniture from Hilton in Feburary 2009 and 2 months later the cushions from my sofa started ripping I called at the store 8 times before I got tired and went to go visit in person. They told me to bring the sofa to the store and they will look at it and decide what they can do. Sold their used mattress off as showroom models- BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE – My spouse and I went here to buy a king mattress and boxsprings and we were led to the "floor models" and were told that these showroom mattresses were also for sale at a lower price and have never been slept on, only displayed for show, so we found one we liked and purchased one of the several "floor models" butnonce delivered after sleeping on the mattress I was convinced , we did not receive the "floor model" we tried out at the store, I firmly believ... read more
Don't shop there – I bought a bedroom set and a mattress set from there, the mattress had a big yellow stain in the middle of the bed and the dresser was damaged. I have been calling for 2 weeks and no one is helping me all they wanted was my money and now they have it they don't want to fix my problem. I spole to Hilton and he was very rude and put me on hold for 20 min and never came on the phone. Don't go to Hilton's.
They sell used Mattresses. Rude People – This incident happened two months ago. I bought a living room set, and a mattress. I thought I was buying a top of the line mattress for $800.00. This did not include the frame or the box spring, just the top part. I asked the guy was this the right price and what he showed me was the floor sample. This place is great!!! Who ever wrote the bad reviews above are crazy. My family and I lost everything in a four alarm fire wich distroyed our house we had nothing left but the clothes on our back and two 10 speed bikes. So we pedeled for miles through a hurendous hail storm to get to Hilton Furniture & Mattress just to meet with the owner. Buyer Beware – I purchased a couch and love seat at Hilton Furniture the very first new furniture that me & my husband ever bought, loved it the first couple of weeks then it went down hill from there the recliner foot rest padding came off, I called the store to tell them about it, I spoke to a manger name Jose who told me to bring the sofa and the loveseat to their ware house and they would fix it, when I told him that I barely bought this 2 weeks ago and we don't have a truck to bring it and the fact that we spent $1900 p... read more
WoW what was that about?????? What a joke!!!!!! I went to Hilton furniture with my wife, I had heard all the radio commercials and remember the guy from TV. I had heard that he was now the owner of comets and wanted to go there when I was in the market for furniture. Great quality, value, and service!!!!!! – I have seen Hilton's commercials on TV, and when I moved I needed a new coffee table, end tables, and sofa table and I found the exact tables I was looking for at a great price! The delivery was great and the moving men were very nice and not scary at all!
