Review for Hiltons Furniture – Great Experience! When we walked in we were greeted by the salesman Dale very polite he shook our hands and said look around let me know if you need anything i will not follow you i will give you a chance to look. That was great because every other place we went to salesman followed you and keep asking questions. hilton furniture & leather – My uncle curtis & myself purchase 2 memory foam king mattress today & are being delivered TODAY.Salesman Wes & Dale gave us a great deal then along came owner Hilton,we talked about family and realized his father and my grandmother were from the same town,then we recieved a better deal.WHAT GREAT SERVICE. In my 70yrs thats the 1st 5 STAR rating I have or would give to any business,and I recieved NO discount for this review. No pressure,comfortable,atmosphere,will go back soon.

New customer – I purchased a king size mattress yesterday and it is being delivered today. Dale was the saleman and very nice and showed me what I wanted to see and explained each level of matresses. Great Experience – Today for the 1st time I experienced a wonderful buying experience at Hilton Furniture and Leather on the Gulf Freeway. As we approached the Building, Dale met outside and took care of us in all respects. He had what appeared to be honest and sincere answers to all our questions. I told him to sharpen his pencil for the bedroom furniture we were buying and he did. Then I said, thats not good enough and his response was, what will it take. Pretty good experience – I went to Hilton looking for a mattress. We looked around for a while on our own and refused the help of the two salesmen of two men. We found a mattress that we were interested in and asked Doug for help. He was very knowledgeable about the mattress and even threw in the frame for free and gave us a discount because it was an out of the box mattress. Good place to buy furniture although I would recommend not leaving customers' applications out where everyone can view them.

Misleading commercials – Hilton recently made a commercial, proclaiming that he would sll to anyone, no matter what their credit score, "NO CREDIT CHECK" ABSOLUTLY NOBODY REFUSED", So I took my 75 yr old Mother there with the promise of easy financing with no credit check, the first thing they did is run her credit, which was not in good enough shape for them. Next they tried to get her to use some fly by night finance company that would more than double the cost of the bed from 1800 to 3600 dollars. My Mom was very insulted... read more

Thank you for your review. They all help us constantly keep improving. We are currently promoting approval of $1500, regardless of credit. We use several finance companies. Two of them do not pull credit at all. They have a 90 day same-as-cash option and are set up on a twelve month term. There is a third program, more suited for customers looking to build credit. This company pulls credit while getting an approval amount, but does not base it on credit.

I like Hilton – I went in on a Sunday night at 7:15 and Doug helped me with everything. he informed me on all information on matresses and I decided to purchase a Paris jade pillow top memory foam matresse for a very good price. They also delivered that night about one hour later. the owner on the commercials shook my hand and thanked me for my business. Thank You- katie and justin – Had a great experience at Hilton Furniture. Just got into a new apt recently and furniture shopping was a must this weekend. Hilton was a first stop (not on purpose) and the minute we walked in the door salesman Dale was at our service.
