My experience at Exclusive Furniture – Exclusive Furniture has great deals and excellent customer service. I purchased a Bed, Chester, and Night Stand at a good price. My salesman Rigo answered all my questions in a professional manner. Rigo did not rush me to make the sale. He took his time to explain all the different options of purchasing cash or financing. Exclusive Furniture is a reliable furniture store and ranks #1 in customer service.
The place to go for furniture – Walked into the Almeda Mall location not knowing what to expect but was pleasantly surprised to find great deals on a bedroom set that I liked! James Simmons is a great sales manager....He was very helpful and got the paperwork typed up quickly and answered all questions that I had! I would highly recommend Exclusive Furniture and James Simmons for your future furniture needs!

My husband does not like sales people at all. When we arrived at EF (@12200 Gulf Fwy Houston, TX 77075) we were immediately greeted by James with a very pleasant smile. He instantly showed us a sales ad. He also gave us a quick run thru of the store so we would know how to get around. Dinette Tables – I visited 10 furniture stores in the Houston area to find a dinette set to replace my exquisite one that I gave to my granddaughter. Exclusive furniture had the largest variety from which to choose. The prices were the most competitive. The undersold all other 9 stores easily. Great Deal and Service – After going to 3 other Furniture stores I stopped by Hilton's and walked around a bit. When I walked in Mr. Hilton greeted us.....As we were leaving he asked if we had any further questions, we did. Great experience! Thanks – I stopped by Hilton's tonight on the way home. I've been looking on Craiglist for a sleeper sofa for a few weeks, and just couldn't get any responses from any of the people I contacted. B. Dixon greeted me immediately, and helped me to find the last sleeper sofa in the store, since y'all are doing the liquidation sale.
