The first time we purchase furniture with Hilton Furniture was last year.We walk in,great customer service with Doug.Found what we were looking for with a great price.This year we have purchase several times with Doug again,excellent customer service,great deals.We also was helped by Daryl,and the delivery guys are great also.Keep up the great job everyone is during and go luck with the remodeling.We will continue to shop Hilton Hilton let them have it! houstons best furniture store – ticket number 053427 We was just passing trhough from galveston and decided to stop by and see what they had the salesman was great showroom was great had alot of great furniture there was no beating around the bush on price and the finacial office easy as pie we were in and out in no time no bs from them loved it and will go back to buy something else would reccomend them to any one.

Ticket # 053188 Fabulous Service! I recently purchased a mattress set from Hilton. He had us in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes after being VERY patient while I made my selection. He gave me a fabulous price and had everything delivered just hours later. The delivery crew was AWESOME! They helped move my other mattress, fixed my bed frame and even brought an alternate box spring in case I didn't like the low profile version that came with my mattress. Great, great experience. I'll be back for sure! -Shannon

#TEAMZEKE – The service was amazing. The sales person, ZEKE, showed me and my family all of our options while staying within an affordable range. He was able to get us approved for the maximum amount with the minimum monthly payments. The delivery was prompt and furniture was brand new and unharmed :-)

Service - Outstanding, Product/Delivery - Not So Good – Ticket #052965. Recently purchased a bed and mattress with two nightstands. The sales person was knowledgeable and outstanding. The items were delievered at the end of the time period stated (between 5pm - 9pm) and all of the parts to the bed were not on hand. Another crew had to arrive to complete the bed. Second, the night stands did not match. One was darker than the other. It was taken back to the store and I was informed the next day that it would be at least a wee... read more
