I got referred to here from my dentist for a root canal and I called them when I got out of the dentist, all in pain, and they were able to fit me in the same day to help me with the pain and started the root canal so that I didn’t wait in pain until the next appointment. Then I went back again in a week for them to finish the root canal and couldnt be happier with their service!! Horribly disorganized. I called last week with a referral from my primary care dentist about needing a root canal ASAP. Their next appointment was a week away, which is understandable. What is not ok is them waiting until 4pm the day before my appointment to call and tell me that not only do they not take my insurance, but they were only planning on doing an x-ray and then rescheduling my procedure for a later date. The Exclusively Endodontics office has been absolutely wonderful! I was referred here by a co-worker after facing a very unique situation. My general dentist was ready to write off my tooth and recommended pulling it, but Dr. Serrano and the Exclusively Endodontics team were able to save it. They went in, retreated my root canal, and since then I haven’t had any pain or issues at all. To say they are lifesavers is truly an understatement. Let me start by saying this will be the first dental review I have ever written. Not only are the receptionists fabulous but the entire staff is.
