I waited an hour for a haircut, and when the stylist finally called me up, she wasn’t even ready—she kept chatting with another client, showing photos on her phone, and then stepped away to take foil off someone else’s hair. When I explained what I wanted, instead of listening she argued, told me my last haircut “looked good,” and brushed off obvious unevenness by blaming my wavy hair.
