We made an appointment, the hair dresser was 45 minutes late. Another hair dresser offered to cut my son’s hair instead- we showed him a picture, and he had no problem with style. However the finished cut was sloppy and uneven. I asked him three times to fix it with clear directions, nothing complicated and each time the cut looked the same.
