Terrific service overall- professional, polite, tidy and a pleasure to have as a technician. Nick exhibited a friendly manner and excellent communication skills. He explained the situation clearly and in terms that were easy to grasp. His summer student worker, Noah, was polite and attentive too and is fortunate to have Nick as a mentor. We would happily have them back to service our AC in the future.

Our air conditioner broke over the weekend and we needed a new one. They showed up to quote us in the morning and ended up being able to do it that same afternoon. It was SO hot out and they went above and beyond to make sure that we had air conditioning during the heat wave and didn’t have to go another night without.
I would recommend exclusive cooling to anyone who needs fast efficient, friendly and very professional service. I called and that afternoon Brad was at our house that afternoon I got a quote and tbe next day there were to men came and put our unit in with swift promt service. Friendly and also very professional. I would just like to thank Brad and his team. Keep up the good service. Thanks
