We received speedy and well explained service from the owner/manager Brad and the installers of both a new furance & AC were polite & did a good job cleaning up. The office staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We would highly recommend Exclusive Cooling & Heating.
Great experience with Exclusive Cooling! They were in last Thursday for a furnace maintenance. Jack was very thorough, and we were very fortunate in timing, as they discovered excessive CO, leading to a cracked heat exchanger. Brad worked very hard to cover options with a view to keeping costs down, and we felt no pressure into making a decision for warranty repair or replacement. Ryan, the dispatcher, was an absolute delight to deal with... Friendly and proactive he kept me posted wrt furnace maintenance updates, as it had to be rescheduled a couple of times due to an unusual number of EMERGENCY "NO HEAT" calls (which should and do take precedence over regular maintenance...).
