Exclusive Collision & Repair INC overcharged me and then gave me subpar service. They used cheap parts, and it shows. My insurance company even questioned the invoice because of unnecessary charges. Total scam.
They promised my car would be ready in 5 days—it took 3 weeks. No updates, no apologies, and when I finally got it back, the work looked rushed. The bumper they replaced was already loose after a few days. Never going back.
Took my car here after a minor accident, and I seriously regret it. The paint job was uneven, and they didn’t align the panels properly. When I asked for a fix, they acted like it was my fault. Unprofessional and careless.

I just wanna say this is the best place to go I can promise you that you will never regret coming here I came here cause I had my bumper all cracked and paint chipped and just needed a few minor scratches and repairs done and let me tell you exclusive did there thing I am definitely rating them 5 starts and will be definitely recommending them to all of my peoples !
