The team at Exclusive Charters were exceptional! From getting the original quote up until the evening of the cruise, everything was thought out and planned perfectly which allowed my friends and I to have an unforgettable experience. Any questions I had in the lead up to the cruise were answered promptly. The staff and skipper on Pia Rebecca were absolutely incredible and made us all feel like family! Thank you all for going above and beyond to ensure all passengers had a wonderful time on the boat!
The crew on Highroller did a fantastic job—arrived early, worked efficiently, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It was incredibly helpful having everything ready ahead of time so we could load up and get the boat prepped for our guests without a hitch. Great service all around!
Cannot rate highly enough. Would like to direct my review specifically to Ilijah and his wife Sue for the incredible experience and service on 31st of August. Was a risky booking due to bad weather that month both before and after, but we got incredibly lucky for perfect conditions and the two of them made both mine and my now fiance's experience incredible. They were both welcoming, relaxed, going above and beyond and their help is a good reason why I'm now engaged (proposed on this trip) Thank you both!
