I reached out to Miles and he reminded me that I declined the warranty and he recommended a great mechanic. My Daughter just bought a Porsche Cayenne S through these guys. Let me just say they did an outstanding job! Professional, and kind, very fair with pricing, easy to talk to and just top notch all around. I wish I would have found them sooner. I will definitely be back to purchase my vehicles in the future.
Don't pass this place up. Go here and you wont want to go anywhere else. After visiting 2 dealers earlier in the day who tried to be sly with inflating numbers (mostly the rate) and try to bully you into thinking you're getting a deal when you've already done the math and know you're not, working with Miles was a breath of fresh air. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel like people should know about our experience. We purchased a Ford Escape from this dealership with only about 57,000 miles on it, expecting it to be a reliable vehicle for our family. Instead, it has been a constant source of problems and expenses from the beginning. We purchased a 2018 Ford Escape from Exclusive Cars for approximately $16,000 with around 57,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most problematic vehicles we’ve ever owned. Within the first several months of ownership, the engine failed and had to be replaced. The transmission has also had to be replaced. Since purchasing the vehicle, we’ve spent thousands of dollars in repairs and maintenance that we did not expect on a vehicle with such low mileage.
