I have had Exclusive Care for 10 years. I’ve never once been denied a referral. My hospitalization costs (even when out of network fir an emergency) have been covered. My physicians are top notch. The plan is so much more affordable than most but the quality of care is comparable
It's deserves a more thorough check before I can say I hate next review more details to come
Rude on the phone and was ZERO help. And member services are closed from 12-2pm plus closes at 4pm?! How should members who work get a hold of someone?
