Nick, and Annie in particular are just amazing! They’ve taken wonderful care of my 20+ year old L322 and most recently did a superb job making it look brand new after being rear ended. I could not recommend them more highly!
Took my vehicle there and they were trying to charge me reckless price 28k to fix it. Got my vehicle back damage from the inside, very disappointed from the beginning to the end. Poor customer service don’t ever take your vehicle there you will be disappointed. Ps. As a business owner I will never try to take advantage of my customers or give them poorly service or damage their property.
The staff is exceptionally customer-oriented, honest, and professional. The quality of work is top-notch, and the services are delivered promptly and thoroughly. I will definitely return for my annual service.
Nick and the team did a great job with the service on my Defender today. Easy to make an appointment, much more personal service than you would get from the dealer, the team got the job done well and got it done remarkably quickly, and they delivered much better value than the dealer. Very easy to recommend.
Maybe, just maybe, Nick and his team will one day learn that appointments and appointment cancellations require a written confirmation.
