We purchased a truck and they illegally inspected the truck. Tampered with electrical system. Promised new battery before pick up and it was never replaced. Owner is avoiding fixing the problems and resolving it. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Terrible experience.
Bought 4 vehicles there never had a issue
Exclusive is a great place to buy a car. I am the type of person who cannot stand dealers and dealerships and never one had the impression I was at one or being hassled by one. All the staff was professional and helpful. The vehicle I was interested in has a few things I was concerned with so they went above and beyond to address them to assure a satisfied transaction.
