Do not. I repeat do not take your cars to Exclusive Auto. I basically paid this place to destroy my car. Then had to pay a professional auto shop to fix the damages this place caused. My car was a BWM and Walter also was the technician. Agaon, just save your money and time, take your cars some where else.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE BY ANY MEANS!!! OWNER IS A LIAR AND A CHEAT!!! I took my car to the shop for a pre-sale inspection and peace of mind for the person that was buying it. Car is a 2006 BMW 530i. I arrived at 8:15 and was quoted an hour to and hour and a half max, so agreed t to do it and wait. It took them over 2.5 hours to even get to the car. Excellent staff and service. These guys pull all the stops and leave you feeling that all is well with your vehicle after service. I appreciated the shuttle service and the continental breakfast particularly because I am from out of town. As for the price, I prefer to have things fixed the FIRST time as opposed to "going cheap" and having the job re-done. Hats off to EXCLUSIVE AUTO! Great team, great service. I was just in with my friend a few days ago. Like she said they were so honest and yes the minivan that was being given away by them to the family was just so very cool. (I ask you-who does anything like that? ONLY VERY COOL PEOPLE) There is a woman service writer that was extremely nice to talk to. It made me feel very comfortable. My car was ready to go several hours earlier than they thought and it was completely washed! It works perfect and they even called me a couple of days later just to make sure everything was good.... read more
This place was awesome. I found them because of an article that was in the newspaper about them giving away a car to a family that was hurting really bad. That just doesn't happen very much now days. I thought they were incredible to work with, VERY HONEST!!! The world needs more people like them.
I wanted to type a note to express how wonderful these people were to me. Being a single woman, I always think about the stories of getting stung. I had moved to Redlands from The South Bay area about 8 months ago. I even went back to my car place twice since I had moved, just because I felt haunted. My friend told me about them and I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau. They had the top rating, so I went in. Very friendly (and super clean)-I thought that was extremely differant for a car repair place. It was great, everything was too cool. I really liked the Christmas music and donut while I hung out and waited for my friend to get me.
I had to rate it, because it's hard to find a good mechanic. I heard from numerous people that this was a good place. It is!!! You will never find a cleaner shop anywhere. Very well run.
