This business does not even deserve one star. They are unprofessional and do not have any business acumen. They are not responsive to the community they represent. Moreover, they spend time assessing fees that are not accurate and will not do anything to correct their mistakes. This company and the law firm that represents them are all frauds. The owner of this company Julie Stephens should not be in business in Georgia, Florida or anywhere else. Stay away from the business!!!!!!
Best company around... unless you don't follow the rules. Those people don't like them because they make them accountable. We love the fact they hold those accountable. We live in a beautiful community because of them. Good Job Exclusive!
I have rented from this company for over 3 years and am appalled by their unprofessionalism. Usually, my husband fixes smaller things that go wrong so we don't have to worry about dealing with them. The compressor in our fridge started going out almost a month ago. Our "maintenance man" (who just does this as a side job when convenient for him & who is also married to an Exclusive employee) blew off meeting us 4 times by sending a text that he couldn't make it either at the time or after he was supposed to be there. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. Save yourself the time and hassle of renting from this company. There is no "professionalism" involved when it comes to this place. If you do, however, enjoy renting from rude, unprofessional, people then these are the people for you. Where we live, it takes days to get any reply from them, they DO NOT answer the phone unless you call several times in a row, and we do not even have a real maintenance man. This is a horrible company to be involved with. They are very unprofessional. If there was a zero star, that would be more appropriate to use when rating Exclusive Association Management.
Our community has been with EAM for several years. We came from "the biggest" in ATL area. We have been soooooo happy with EAM. We are treated with respect, and they are very knowledgeable. It is a joy working with someone who is pleasant instead of nasty.
I have rented a townhome now for 7 months. I love it here you pay your rent on time they fix stuff and love the people in the office
PLEASE READ...Better Lawyer up if you have these people as you're Management Company. They charge excessive management fees and inflat charges. NOT HONEST!! They withhold information that should be provided to the homeowner!! Better run if you see these folks representing a subdivision you are thinking of purchasing into!!!!!!!
