Doug, the installer, was courteous, thorough, pleasant and friendly. He did an amazing job!
Very patient. Explained all my options well. Installation was very smooth. We love our new roller shades.
Drapery w/ shears are elegant and beautiful. More than I expected after choosing the materials from swatches. Much time was taken during the install to make sure all was hanging perfectly. When a particular fold was later on not quite right “Windows…” owner came out and readjusted it. Cannot be more pleased.

Absolutely thrilled with my window treatments for 3 rooms. Janell was very patient and helpful in assisting me in making good choices for each room, and a pleasure to work with. Doug the installer was very pleasant and had my windows looking amazing in no time at all. Overall a seamless process and a company I would gladly work with again.
