Sales person was very helpful. Unfortunately the price that was validated verbally was not honored (excluding tax and license). This was also inconvenient since we had to travel over 2 hours to see vehicle. When on site and price was issue, management was unwilling to compromise in any way. Rather post anything I attempted to contact management and have not received call back.

Was contacted immediately. But as soon as I set up an appointment to come in, they raised the price of the car that I was interested in by $1500. Very shady. Think twice before dealing with them.

They were extremely helpful, especially Joe Wright, who was very knowledgeable about the Prius,and was very patient with me and thoroughly explained everything about the Toyota Prius. I LOVE the car. Joe helped me set up the first appointment for my Prius and introduced me to the people in the Service department. I was very happy with my 'car shopping' experience at Gilroy Toyota and will definitely refer all my friends to them and and Joe. :)
Dealership would not provide mileage of listed vehicle as requested.
Terrible....Manager lost a sale because it was near closing time.
